Join Certified Pilates Instructor Michelle Pantaleo for Pilates In The Park at Greenvale Park. Start your weekend off or have a great mid-week pickup with a great outdoor Pilates Class designed to strengthen your core and improve your posture and flexibility. Enjoy an incredible workout while balancing your body, mind and soul! Leave feeling energized and ready to take on anything!
Michelle leads fun but challenging classes suitable for all levels of fitness and Pilates experience. Pilates in the Park will tone and balance your muscles, align your body, strengthen your core and give you renewed energy, all with fresh air and ample sunshine.
Saturdays Mornings 9:30-10:30 AM
Wednesday Evenings 7:00-8:00 PM
Bring your mat and plenty of water and arrive 15 minutes early as class will start promptly. Classes may be cancelled due to weather, either in advance or on short notice upon those summer thunderstorms.
Class Fee and Registration
The class fee is $10.00 per class, payable at the class.
There is no pre-registration required.
Babysitting available, please notify instructor if needed.
