Peach Hill 5K and Family Fun Run

The First Annual  Peach Hill 5K and Family Fun Run will be on Saturday August 5.  The challenging 5K cross-country race will be at Peach Hill Park and will hit the highest point in the Town of Poughkeepsie.   The half mile Family Fun Run will cover flat terrain.  Walkers are also welcome to participate on the 5K route starting at the back of the pack at 9:00 AM.

This event supports the Friends of Peach Hill, the volunteer not-for-profit group that supports and improves Peach Hill Park.

This is a challenging race.  The total elevation gain and loss for the race is 370 feet over the 5 kilometer  (3.1 mile) distance.

Schedule and Raindate
The race will be on Saturday August 5. There is NO RAINDATE.

Registration
AFTER AUGUST 2 ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES. AFTER THAT DATE REGISTER IN-PERSON AT THE RACE.

You can register here on the Town of Poughkeepsie Recreation Department Website or by downloading and mailing a registration form (see below). Participants will need to sign a waiver on the day of the race.

The Early Bird Fee if you register before July 27 is $20.00. On the 27th or later the fee is $25.00. The fee for the Family Fun Run is $10.00 per person. * No refunds*

Prizes and Awards
The first 50 registrants will receive a free gift.

Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female finishers.
